Vice President of Product Strategy
Terence (Terry) Lee leads Strategic BCP’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) strategy. In this role, he elevates Strategic BCP’s product capabilities and works closely with clients, prospects, partners, and our internal teams to bring new and enhanced software solutions to market. Terry is a member of GARP, PRMIA, IIA, AIIM, and other communities dedicated to BCP, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Disaster Recovery.
He possesses over 25 years of expertise in Third-Party Management, Vendor Risk and Contingency Management, IT and Operational Risk, Compliance, Policy, and Audit Management; Threat and Vulnerability Management; Business Continuity Planning and Management; and Regulatory Change Management.
Terry has fulfilled many client- and market-facing roles. As a product, account and sales executive; he has demonstrated a progressive record of accomplishment identifying and defining new products, capturing new business, leading and building teams, developing software markets, increasing revenues, and executing growth strategies. His experience includes training, mentoring, and supporting teams—with a focus on strategy, product management, and account management.
Before joining Strategic BCP, Terry served as Regional Vice President of GRC Solutions for MetricStream. There, he was responsible for managing both an enterprise sales team and a personal portfolio of client accounts in financial services, manufacturing, retail, banking, and other industries. In this role, he was the executive sponsor for the company's BCM product and a member of the vendor risk management and third-party management product advisor teams. In addition, he managed a multi-million-dollar pipeline of opportunities in GRC and quality management solutions in North America, with a focus on BCM, IT GRC, Operational Risk, and vendor risk/third party management. Previously Terry held senior roles with TCMPi, Modulo Security, MEGA International, and Automation Technologies.
